Do you replace our existing practice management software?
No. We work alongside whatever you already use never instead of it. Our tools sit on top to handle booking, recalls, reminders and front-desk admin, while your clinical records and day-to-day system stay exactly where they are. No migration, no ripping anything out, no retraining your team on a whole new platform.
Is this GDPR compliant and where is patient data stored?
Yes. Any patient data is held on secure servers in the UK/EU, and it stays yours — you remain the data controller, and we only ever process it on your instructions, under a written data processing agreement. We build and test on dummy or anonymised data, never live patient records, and access is restricted and logged. In plain terms: your patients' data stays in the UK/EU, stays under your control, and is only touched when there's a clear, agreed reason.
Can the AI Receptionist give clinical advice?
No, and that's deliberate. It handles the admin side only: booking and rescheduling, answering routine questions about hours, fees and appointments, sending reminders and recalls, and capturing enquiries after hours. Anything clinical — symptoms, treatment, pain, advice — is flagged and passed straight to a member of your team. It's built to free up your front desk, not to make clinical decisions.
